Warranty Policy at SAPL
1. Warranty Policy:
For the enite range of camera 24 months from the date of invoice or 25 months from the date of manufacturing, munufacturing clause will be only applicable when the item has been manufactured only on written request from the client/party.
IP cameras, Standalone DVRs, PC Based DVR Cards, Power supplies and switchers will carry the warranty for 12 months from the date of invoice or 13 months from the date of manufacuturing, manufacturing clause will be only applicable when the item has been manufactured only on written request from the client/party.
Under Warranty Support
SAPL shall provide the service from New Delhi service center except for installer/partner based in U.P. The installer/partner has to send the material to SAPL’s service centre in New Delhi on his own expenses and the transportation & courier cost for sending the material back from the service center to installer/partner will be borne by SAPL.
Out of Warranty Support
SAPL shall provide the services from the New Delhi service center except for installer/partner based in U.P. The installer/partner has to send the material to SAPL’s service centre in New Delhi and the to and the To and Fro transpotation & courier expenses will be borne by the Installer/Partner. In this case the exact reason of problme could only be communicated after proper diagnosis of the faulty material and the repair and any other expense will only be communicated after the diagnosis.
In both the above cases the installer/partner based in U.P. shall be provided services from Noida and installer/partner has to send the material to SAPL’s Noida office.
2.Warranty Void If:

Warranty is void if Hologram, Barcode or warranty sticker is missing or tampered in product.

This warranty covers for all manufacturing defects and all matters pertaining to the workmanship going into the manufacture of the product. Physical damage, burnt, and other such damages are not covered under the warranty.

This warrantee is offsite warrantee and the location of Service Center is Delhi.

This warranty is NOT TRANSSERABLE

In case of incomplete warranty card (i.e.) (No mention of date of sale, absence of Invoice No. absence of dealers sign, date & seal or expiry date) then the warranty ceases.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdictions of the Delhi Court.
3. Replacement Policy:
Defective Product replacement Policy: In case of any out-of-box failure, a Product may be exchanged for a new product at no additional charges to the customer only in accordance with SAPL's replacement policy. SAPL's replacement policy in this regard hold that- -

Customer need to inspect all products / goods received and report claims if any within 72 hours of the delivery date.

No claim for replacement will be entertained by SAPL after 72 hours from delivery date.

Customer needs to provide copy of invoice number for the product being returned.

In case the product is not defective (out-of-box failure) or the goods are received after 72 hours of the delivery; the customer in such an event is liable to bear all applicable charges.

Product should be returned in original packing including all accessories, manuals, etc. as given at the time of delivery.
The Warranty Policy form needs to be duly filled and submitted along with necessary documents in the event of replacement/repair as per the SAPL Policy.
4. Call Escalation Matrix
Step 1: Service call to be log on: service@sparshsecuritech.com only after discussion and confirmation from the respective technical person mentioned in the Support Matrix below.
Step 2: Service ticket to be created from the service center.
Step 3:The entire faulty product to be send to the Delhi service center or Noida Office ( in case installer/Partener is from U.P.
